Simple Steps to Mobile Check Deposit:

  1. Download the Synergy Bank Mobile App: If you haven’t already, download our mobile app for your Apple or Android device from the links above.
  2. Verify Check Payee: Ensure the check is payable to you, the account holder.
  3. Endorse the Check Correctly: On the back of the check, clearly write “Mobile Deposit to Synergy Bank,” your signature (endorsement), and your account number. Using black ink is recommended for optimal image quality.
  4. Log in to the Mobile App: Open the Synergy Bank mobile app and securely log in to your account.
  5. Navigate to Deposits: Select the “Deposits” tab within the app and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your mobile deposit.

For your record-keeping, we recommend retaining the physical check for at least five calendar days after it has been posted to your account. Please note that checks deposited through mobile deposit are subject to standard banking regulations and our Mobile Deposit Disclosure and Funds Availability Policy, which is provided with your account documents. Checks deposited after 6:00 p.m. CDT will be processed on the next banking day, and some deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal.
