Initial Login and Password Information
To access your Bank First Online Banking account for the first time, you will need your account number and the PIN provided to you when you opened your account. For enhanced security, you will be required to change your password upon your initial login.
Here are a few important points to remember for your first login:
- First-Time User Designation: You are considered a “First-Time User” until you complete the initial login process.
- Follow Prompts: Carefully follow all “First-Time User” prompts and instructions on the screen.
- “First-Time User” Button: Always click the “First-Time User” button located at the top of the login screen before entering your Access ID and Password for your first login.
- Access ID: Your Access ID is your Bank First account number.
- Initial PIN: Enter the PIN that was provided to you when you opened your account at Bank First in locations like Tomah, WI, or elsewhere.
- Online Banking Help: If you encounter any questions during the login process, click the “Online Banking Help” button for assistance.
Password Assistance
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Your Password” link to initiate the password reset process.
Please note that passwords must be between 8 and 17 characters long and include at least one numeric character, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one symbol (excluding commas, question marks, or quotation marks).
