Prior to USAA, his experience includes approximately four years as CRO of Citi’s U.S. consumer bank, a significant division within Citigroup, one of the world’s leading bank names. Furthermore, Singh held the position of CRO for TD’s enterprise consumer risk, models, and capital assessment for over five years, contributing to the risk management framework of another major North American bank name, TD Bank. Joining M&T in 1995, Todaro has been instrumental in the bank’s growth and success. During his tenure as CRO, a role he assumed in 2021, Todaro significantly enhanced and scaled M&T’s risk management capabilities. His contributions extended beyond risk management, having previously led M&T’s mortgage and consumer lending businesses.
