As a Branch Banker, you will be the face of Artisans’ Bank, providing a welcoming and efficient banking experience for both new and existing customers. Teller Operations & Transaction Management
- Efficient Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently handle a variety of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and money transfers.
- ATM & Vault Management: Assist with the daily operations of ATMs and vault procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Maintaining Accuracy: Adhere to strict cash handling procedures and maintain meticulous records of all transactions to minimize errors and ensure compliance.
Customer Service Excellence & Sales Initiatives
- First-Class Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to every customer, whether on the teller line or platform.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Open new accounts for personal and commercial clients, service existing accounts, and assist with account closures, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Cross-Selling & Referrals: Identify customer financial needs and proactively cross-sell relevant bank products and services. Connect customers with specialized team members to address complex financial needs, fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma required; additional college-level courses are considered a plus.
- Experience: Previous cash handling experience is essential. Prior retail sales or banking experience is highly preferred.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule, including 2-3 Saturdays per month, and travel to various branch locations as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role.
