Edmonds Food Bank: Your Resource for Fighting Food Insecurity at Edmonds College

We understand that academic success is hard to achieve when you’re hungry. The Edmonds Food Bank is here to ensure that all Edmonds College students and employees have access to nutritious food and essential personal hygiene items, empowering you to focus on your studies and work without the stress of food insecurity.

Located conveniently in the Olympic Building on the Edmonds College campus, the Edmonds Food Bank provides a confidential and free service to currently enrolled students and college employees. We offer a range of non-perishable food items to help supplement your grocery needs, including:

  • Canned goods
  • Pasta and grains
  • Dried fruits
  • Shelf-stable milk and juice
  • Personal hygiene products

Donations are crucial to keeping our shelves stocked and supporting our community. If you are interested in contributing, we gratefully accept donations. See our donations page for a list of needed items and how to donate.

Additional Support Resources

Edmonds College is committed to holistic student support. In partnership with Verdant Health Commission, we host a 2-1-1 Community Resource Advocate right here on campus. This bilingual (English/Spanish) advocate can connect you with a wide range of resources, both within the college and in the wider Snohomish County community. They can assist with needs beyond food, such as housing, job training, and more. The 2-1-1 CRA is located in the Olympic Building, co-located with the food bank for easy access.

If you are facing an emergency, have complex needs, or are unsure where to turn for help, the 2-1-1 Community Resource Advocate is here to assist you. They can provide information and referrals for rent assistance, job training programs, shelter options, support groups, and a variety of other services.
